Cute & Simple Lace Picture Frames

Okay so I know I haven't posted in what seems like an eternity so I feel like such a failure at my blog :/ But there's been a million things going on so I really haven't had time.. but anyways here a super simple tutorial on making cute lace picture frames.

Materials:

-Paint

-Mod Podge

-Wooden picture frame

-Lace

-Foam brush

-Scissors

Okay so here's a picture of most of the materials, this wasn't until after I had already painted the frame though.

First you start with a plain wooden picture frame.

 Then you take some paint and the foam brush and paint the frame.

Wait for it do dry before moving on to the next step.

 After the paint is dry you take out your mod podge and add a pretty good layer of it on the frame with the foam brush.

Now get your lace and throw it over the frame. Make sure the piece of lace is large enough to cover the front of the frame and the sides as well. 

 Once the Mod Podge has dried, cut off the excess lace and add a top layer of mod podge to act as a sealer. And then you just let it dry and viola!! you've got yourself a super cute and super simple picture frame, which you can make in as many different colors as you like, I made three all together.
